Unless by arrangement all bookings are Saturday/Saturday.

The 30% booking deposit is non-refundable. The final payment is due six weeks prior to arrival and will also not be refunded after payment, we suggest you take Holiday Insurance to cover cancellation. The owners will endeavour to re let the property and may without prejudice consider a partial refund where possible.

You will find your cottage in clean condition and good decorative order, please advise the owners if this is not the case and also use the property with respect so that this high quality can be maintained.

Dogs are allowed by arrangement with the owners and will incur an additional fee of £20 per booking for 1 dog and £30 for 2 dogs to cover the cost of a deeper clean on departure. There is a strict policy of not allowing any pets on any furniture or beds and measures must be taken to avoid wet/dirty dogs going indoors. Guests must use their own towels for this purpose.

Any damage, stains or breakages must be reported to the owners as soon as possible so that any rectification can be made before the next let period. The owners reserve the right to invoice for expenses due to damage stains or breakage considered `Beyond reasonable wear and tear`.

Unless a special arrangement is made, the properties will be available by 4:00pm on the start of your holiday. In order to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance the properties must be vacated by 10:00am on the final day.
