As Chiddingfold is famous for heavy clay soil this has proved to be a difficult transition as outdoor turkey flocks need free draining land to stay clean and healthy. six years ago we sought advice from a specialist Free Range producer in Kent and Surrey who impressed us with the high standard of the poultry.
After selling their products alongside our own and receiving more notes from satisfied customers than before we took the bold decision to cease production at Prestwick and to supply Free Range White and Bronze Turkeys from his farm on the North Downs.
